Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account under the price and terms shown before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple’s subscription settings. Refund requests follow Apple’s process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting a Bloom account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Relationship with the Apple EULA
Apple’s standard EULA continues to govern the app licence. These supplemental terms address use of Bloom’s services. If they conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA takes precedence to the extent of that conflict. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
